Well located hotel requiring improvements
The receptionists were very helpful and the hotel is in a good location for Playa del Ingles.
Expensive for solo traveller. No A/C. No English TV. Despite 11.00-3.00 check-out/in gap (4 hours) the room wasn't ready until 3.45. Some appalling singing provided that I can only hope was Karaoke. They charge for services normally provided free (WiFi, Safety Box) and require a tacky deposit of EU 50 in case you steal the towels (what sort of customers do they have?). No apology from the Manager or even any contact.

Great pool and food but very noisy at night
Main pool area and pool bar was new refurb and was so clean and lovely looking. Bar had good selection of drinks on offer for all inclusive. Food was great all fresh and although there wasn’t load of choice the choice was good. Great location for bars and restaurants and the beach. Apartment was basic but it was adequate for the amount of time you spend in it.
Location. If you are in one of the two blocks at the front of the hotel be prepared to be awake with the Irish pubs music till 4am. I can sleep (after afew wines) but this was loud! Also not sure if the wine or beer actually had alcohol in it as I drank it all day and night and felt sober the whole time. It can also get very cold at night and the outside bar where the entertainment is gets very windy so definitely need a big jumper or jacket

Would happily return in the cooler months as the price was very good. Would not be able to cope with the heat in the sum
Nice location, nicely priced.
Would need AC in the rooms for the warmer months. We found if the wind was particularly high then the noise would be very loud
