Não voltaria pelo conforto e falta de básicos que o hotel não supre e acima de tudo pela experiência desagradável da fun
Localização e staff do bar/refeitório
Wi-Fi e ginásio pago à parte (não compreendo como se paga Wi-Fi em 2024), limpeza muito aquém do básico, colchões muito desconfortáveis, wc precisa de remodelação e mobília muito antiga (não como descreve nas fotos), tivemos dois dias sem limpeza de quarto e quando fomos pedir apenas toalhas à receção a funcionária foi completamente indiferente e não solucionou o problema. No último dia voltamos a ter a “simpatia” dessa mesma funcionária da receção quando colocamos uma questão sobre o check out, ficamos boquiabertos com a diferença em que tratou a família espanhola que estava a ser atendida antes de nós, esta senhora não pode estar na receção de um hotel porque comunicar não é com ela, muito pelo contrário, incentiva a problemas sem necessidade, muito diferente dos restantes funcionários que foram muito amáveis e prestáveis.

Para não repetir.
Uma das empregadas da limpeza, foi extremamente atenciosa e simpatica para connosco. Sempre que nos encontrava falava, demonstrando estar sempre bem disposta e perguntando regularmente se precisavamos de alguma coisa.
Bem, por onde comecar… devo dizer que chegamos ao hotel perto da 00:00 e como tal, estavamos extremamente exaustos e só queriamos descansar. Assim que chegamos ao quarto, este era extremamente quente, assim como muito barulhento, pois conseguiamos ouvir o barulho de todos bares da zona, o que fez com que nao conseguissemos adormecer, passando desta forma uma noite em claro, isto ja para nao falar das camas, que eram muito desagradaveis. Na manha seguinte, expusemos ao rececionista que la se encontrava, a nossa situacao e o facto de nao termos conseguido dormir, esperando que fosse possivel arranjar uma solucao. O recionista foi extremamente rude e desagradavel para connosco, afirmando que se quisessemos mudar de quarto teriamos que pagar um valor acrescido àquele que ja tinhamos pago, coisa que em nenhum hotel/aparthotel nos tinha acontecido. Posteriormente a isso, como ja era do nosso conhecimento, so conseguiamos ter acesso à internet apenas na rececao, e caso quisessemos internet nos quartos teriamos de pagar um valor acrescido, e assim o fizemos. Pagamos 3 dias para ter internet no quarto, e em nenhum dia conseguimos usufruir porque nao estava a funcionar, neste momento ainda estamos à espera do reembolso, sendo que toda esta situacao aconteceu dia 16 de agosto. Algo que tambem nos deixou extremamente descontentes foi o facto da comida que era servida ao almoco e ao jantar, a maior parte dos dias nao foi do nosso agrado, pois era tudo à base de fritos.
